Generally you can receive your order within 4 to 6 working days for delivery within Malaysia. 

During peak season, there might be longer production time required but we will keep you informed if extra day(s) is required. Please take note we are not responsible for any courier delay as we have no control over the courier company.

We apologize if you receive incorrect item or defective item. Within 72 hours from the delivered date (from courier company), we allow you to request for replacement or refund (coupon / money). You just have to take photos and state your reasons and send email to Our representative will respond to your request within 48 working hours.

Yes, please contact us immediately to amend your order. However we can’t accept order amendment if the item(s) has been processed. 

We do not accept order cancellation once payment has been made. If the item(s) is not produced yet, we can offer you to amend your order. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange as the item(s) sold is customised and can’t be resell to anyone else.
